Every tool, in detail.

What each tool measures, who it's for, and what stage it's at today. Real hardware ships now; the rest is honestly labeled as what it is.

Wearable sensing

Two coequal tiers on the same sleeve platform. Choose IMU-only for motion alone, or EMG + IMU when muscle activation matters too.

IMU-Only

Motion and movement tracking

In development

Measures

  • Cadence, stride length, and vertical oscillation
  • Ground contact time and left/right timing
  • Full 9-axis motion trends across a session

Typical use

  • Runners who want motion and pacing insight without electrode setup
  • Programs standardizing on one wearable across a full roster, where per-athlete EMG fitting isn't practical

Setup

  • Same compression sleeve as the EMG + IMU tier, worn on the lower leg
  • No electrode placement or skin prep required

Availability

  • In development. Hardware photography and unit pricing not yet finalized.

EMG + IMU

Motion tracking plus muscle-activity sensing

Available now

Measures

  • Everything IMU-only measures, plus surface EMG
  • Muscle activation, fatigue index, and stride symmetry
  • Left/right activation balance per session

Typical use

  • Athletes and PTs tracking neuromuscular load and return-to-run progress
  • Anyone who wants to know which muscles are doing the work, not just how far or fast

Setup

  • Dry electrodes built into the sleeve. No gel or skin prep.
  • Wireless sync after each session

Availability

  • Available to a limited number of early-access members now.

Workout timeline

In development

A synchronized record that brings wearable data, planned workouts, manual notes, and connected training context like Strava into one coherent timeline, instead of scattered exports across three apps.

  • Intended user: athletes and coaches who currently piece together training history by hand
  • Job to be done: one place to see what was planned, what happened, and what the body did during it
  • Availability: architecture defined, not yet shipping to early-access members

Video motion analysis

In development

Video-based movement tracking for jump analysis, sprint mechanics, and other track-and-field movement metrics, using footage instead of (or alongside) wearable sensors.

  • Intended user: coaches and programs evaluating jump height, sprint form, or movement quality
  • Job to be done: turn a phone video into measured movement metrics, not just a clip to eyeball
  • Availability: early prototyping, not yet available for pilots
