Pilot discussion
- Evaluate the current EMG + IMU sleeve in a real clinical or athletic-training setting
For physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and research teams evaluating Kineura for a pilot, a validation study, or a data-sharing conversation.
Kineura supports training insight and performance decision-making. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and we don't present it as clinically validated.
Our metric methodology cites literature on the underlying signal type, such as surface EMG median-frequency shift as a fatigue indicator (De Luca, 1997) or EMG-based bilateral asymmetry and injury risk (Schmitz et al., 2014). Those citations support the general measurement technique. They are not a claim that this specific device has been clinically validated against that literature.
Sensor calibration and normalization methodology (including whether activation is normalized to MVC), consent and IRB process for research use, and named research or clinical partners are pending founder and clinical input. We're stating that plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Tell us about your setting and what you'd want to evaluate. A real person will follow up.
